biofresh - maintaining fresh produce quality

Biofresh was pleased to welcome the Prime Minister of Morocco, Abderrahmane Youssoufi, to its stand at the recent Salon International De L’Agriculture au Maroc (SIAM) exhibition that took place in Meknes at the end of April. The Prime Minister was introduced to biofresh director Jonathan Caisley.

Prime Minister Youssoufi was interested to hear of the innovative work being done by biofresh in offering residue free solutions for storage and transport of Moroccan fresh produce to Europe and beyond. Given the transit times required for movement of produce, the maintenance of quality in fresh produce during transit is a critical issue for Moroccan suppliers. biofresh ozone technologies are playing a significant part in this and biofresh received much positive response during the exhibition.

This exhibition follows on from numerous successful trials using biofresh ozone technologies within Morocco.
